Cancellation Policy

- All pets are accepted at their owner's risk and in the event of illness or injury, a vet may be called in and unless it can be clearly shown that we are liable, all costs and expenses incurred shall be for the owners expense. - Some pets might require EXTRA's, we will do everything possible to contact the owner to approve the extras but in the event we are not able to make contact, the additional cost will be added to the owners bill. - If a staff member is bitten, and it is proven that it was not due to neglect or abuse of the pet, all medical expenses will be for the clients cost. - We reserve the right to end grooming in the case that the pet is a danger to staff and themselves. - Muzzles may be used in the event the groomer becomes uncomfortable with your pet and feels they may be bitten. - Pregnant hounds are accepted at the owners risk. - We may take photos of your pet for marketing purposes, please communicate with us if you do not agree with this.
